Terms of Business 1. A deposit of 20% will be required to confirm all orders, with full payment of the balance to be received prior to delivery. Payments can be made be cheque, bank transfer or credit card. We are unable to make any deliveries without these payment terms being fully satisfied.
2. Delivery and installation is included in the furniture pack price for properties in the Yorkshire area. A supplementary delivery charge will be applied to all other UK locations.
3. We will make every reasonable effort to meet an agreed delivery date. In the event that a delivery falls behind schedule, the client will be offered a substitute of any substantial piece in order to complete the installation or alternatively, the option to cancel the order.
4. Use of the Interest Free Option will be subject to status and terms of lending will apply.
PRIVACY
Contemporary Contracts will only use information you provise us to process customer orders, to send information you have requested and to help us develop the site to be more useful to you. We do not sell or transfer any personal information to third parties outside John Peters Ltd.
