If you are buying a property, we assume that there will be around six weeks from when you exchange contracts to completion. We will normally be able to prepare your entire chosen furniture package within this period. On completion day, when you receive the keys, we will be ready to install your furniture. We will of course endeavour to meet shorter timescales. In doing so we are greatly helped by our extensive warehousing capacity, which means that many items will be in stock at any given time.

11. When will I have to pay for my furniture package?
We initially require only a 20% deposit to be paid when you decide to use our service. The balance is due before your furniture package is delivered and installed.

12. Is delivery and installation included?
Delivery and installation is available at a reasonable Ł300 cost. As part of the delivery and installation service we will arrange all of your furniture within your apartment and remove all packaging from site.

13. What is your returns policy?
We are confident that you will be more than happy with your Classic, Icon or Loft furniture package. Any returns would be subject to a 25% restock fee and transport costs.
